We are a “flavors first” tea company. What that means is that when we are sourcing teas we are putting taste above all else. Health benefits, yeah that’s cool and all but I’m here for the flavors.
We want people to start approaching tea like wine. We want our customers to notice the variables that climate, processing, brewing technique, and temperature play in the flavor. We want our customers to pair their foods with tea & share their knowledge with other’s around them, but above all else we want people to reach for that cup of tea because that’s what they are craving (because it tastes so damn good).
